Before any digging or structural work begins, we coordinate with Sunshine 811 to confirm underground utility lines are properly marked, protecting your property and ensuring the work is done safely.
We handle permitting for projects that require it, including pergola structures and gas line work for kitchens and bar features, so you are not left navigating county requirements on your own.
